The difference
Every training, signature, inspection and drill is logged as it happens, with who did it and when. When someone asks for proof, you are pulling up a record instead of assembling one.
A check done nine days after it was due is recorded as done, nine days late. It clears the item and the schedule moves on, but the record keeps the truth rather than quietly rounding it up.
Locations have different equipment in different rooms. Each site sees its own list and its own due dates, and you can set a different requirement for a smaller clinic.
Also included
Training assignments built from your own documents, completed and signed by the trainee, then signed off by a manager. Bundles let you assign a whole onboarding set to a new hire in one action.
Attestations sent to the right people, whether that is everyone, one location, a job position, or a named list. The tracker shows who has signed and who has not, and can send a reminder.
An equipment register per clinic covering fire extinguishers, AEDs, fridges, freezers, scales, vitals machines and medications. Each item carries its manufacturer, serial, location, service vendor and its own inspection log.
Mock code drills and recurring clinic audits, run from a scenario catalog you define. Fill the form on the spot, capture the facilitator signature, and the completed PDF record is generated for you.
One sign-offs view across all of it, showing every signature your team still owes, what is overdue, and who it is waiting on.
How it works
Choose what each clinic has to complete and how often. Set one number for the whole organization, then add exceptions where a location genuinely differs.
Staff log inspections, sign training and complete drills from their phone. Anything overdue is visible before it becomes a finding, not after.
Open the item and read its history, or download the signed PDF for the drill. Nothing to reconstruct from a binder and a group chat.
FAQ
It counts. The item clears, the next due date is scheduled, and the log records that it was late and by how many days. The next due date stays anchored to the schedule rather than the day someone got to it, so a run of late checks cannot quietly turn twelve inspections a year into eleven.
No. A location with no requirement configured is shown as not set up, never as passing. An unconfigured clinic and a fully compliant one looking identical is exactly how a gap survives until someone asks for the records.
