Scout
Scout reads your whole Daily Log, targets, goals, outreach and compliance records. Every Monday it tells you what’s working, what’s slipping and who to call. Any other day, just ask, including “what’s overdue?”

The difference
Every Monday morning Scout reads the week and pins three lists to the top of its page: top opportunities, follow-ups due and goals at risk. Tap one to ask the follow-up question.
Scout measures against the targets you set, per operating day or for the month, and reports in visits. It doesn’t know your reimbursement rates, so it doesn’t guess at revenue.
Ask what’s overdue and Scout names it: the inspection that slipped, the lot that expired on the shelf, the training still waiting on a manager’s sign-off, and when each was due.
What Scout reads
The whole Daily Log. Visits and the rest of the day’s numbers, every tracker you run (no-shows, send-outs, workers’ comp, new patients, call QA, visitor log, your custom ones) and end-of-day handovers.
Targets and goals. Where each location stands against the month and against the goals you set.
Checklists. Which were missed or late, with excused and closed days left out, and any flagged reading still waiting on a corrective action.
Survey readiness records. Training and sign-offs, attestations, equipment inspections, expired lots, mock codes and drills, annual audits, and staff certifications and licenses.
Outreach and partnerships. Who’s moving, who’s stalled, and which follow-ups have slipped.
Monthly scores and your feedback. NPS and Google reviews, plus any AI suggestion you marked unhelpful, so Scout steers away from it.
How it works
Daily numbers, no-shows, checklists, outreach visits. Scout works from what’s already in the app.
Open Scout and the week’s opportunities, overdue follow-ups and goal risks are pinned at the top.
Tap a suggested question or type your own. Scout answers from your records and says when the data is too thin to tell.
FAQ
No. Scout only reads. It can’t edit records, post shifts or send messages on your behalf.
No. It tells you exactly what’s overdue, missed or expiring, with dates. Whether you’re ready is still your call.
No. Clinic Pulse holds operations data only, no PHI, and Scout reads the same operations data your managers see.
