How does the free trial work?

Every new account gets 14 days with full access, and no credit card to start. When the trial ends, pick a plan to keep going; everything you set up (checklists, schedules, logged data) is saved and waiting.

Do my staff need accounts?

On the Growth plan, yes. You invite them by email and control what each role can see and do (supervisor, manager, clinic staff, viewer). Growth includes 10 seats; add more in blocks of 5 for $45/month.

What’s the difference between Solo and Growth?

Solo ($79/mo) is for one person running the clinic on their own, with a single login: supply budgets, scheduling, outreach, goals, and reports. Growth ($149/mo) adds the team layer: staff accounts, published schedules and shift swaps, compliance checklists and QC logs, daily-log trackers, team announcements, and the org dashboard across locations, for up to 30 users. Your 14-day trial includes everything in Growth, whichever plan you eventually pick. Larger groups that outgrow Growth’s seat limit move to Multi-Clinic, with custom volume pricing and one consolidated bill.

What happens if I move from Growth down to Solo?

Nothing is deleted. Solo covers one person, so your teammates keep their accounts and everything they logged but can’t sign in until you go back to Growth, and checklists, trackers and announcements switch off. The app spells out exactly who loses access before you confirm, and it all comes back if you upgrade again.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Billing runs through Stripe, and you can cancel, change your card, or download invoices anytime from the billing portal in Account → Billing. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.

What happens if I don’t subscribe after the trial?

The app locks with a friendly screen, and your data isn’t deleted. Subscribe (or ask us for more time) and everything comes right back.

Do you offer plans for large groups?

Growth supports up to 30 seats with add-on blocks. For groups bigger than that, or multi-site networks with custom needs, reach out through the in-app Help button and we’ll set something up.

Does it work on phones?

It’s built mobile-first. Staff check schedules, run checklists, and log data from their phones; you can add it to your home screen like a native app, and push notifications cover reminders, publishing, and escalations. iPhone home-screen widgets are supported too.

What can checklists do?

Nine answer types (temperatures with safe ranges, yes/no with expected answers, photo proof, signatures, QR presence scans and more), daily/per-shift/weekly/monthly schedules, late-reason capture, conditional questions, per-run quality scores, and automatic corrective actions when something’s out of range.

Can an inspector see our compliance history?

Yes. Checklist Reports includes a log-binder view and exportable history: every reading, who logged it, when, and anything out of range, with missed runs accounted for honestly (closures and excused days included).

Can I track multiple locations separately?

Yes. Everything is scoped per location (schedules, checklists, budgets, volumes), and the org dashboard rolls it up with month and week views, forecasts, and a clinic performance leaderboard.

Does it work with Slack?

Yes. An admin connects your workspace under Admin, then Slack. Each manager then gets a morning rundown by direct message (who is working, open shifts, missed checklists), can approve or deny shift pickups and swaps from Slack, and can log the day by replying with the numbers. Is my organization’s data private?

Yes. Every organization’s data is isolated. Your team can only ever see your organization, and role permissions control who sees what inside it.

What security features are built in?

New devices verify with a second factor: an emailed code or an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy). Org admins can require the authenticator for everyone. Idle sessions auto-lock, and you can review and revoke trusted devices anytime.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Schedules, volumes, checklist history, and reports export to CSV/PDF (and Google Sheets for several trackers). Your data is yours.
